Dr. Warlick is a 1992 graduate of Life Chiropractic College. He had the privilege of practicing with the renowned Dr. Charley Ward from 1992 to 1996. He then relocated to Phoenix, AZ and co-founded Gonstead Family Chiropractic with Dr. Jose Lara.

When Dr. Warlick is not in the office treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He likes to weight train, hike, hunt, shoot, LOVES to fish, and is a high rated chess player. His family attends Northwest Community Church and The Anthem.
